Understanding How Global Warming Impacts Long Island’s Environment

This workshop will discuss global warming’s impact on Long Island’s ecology, including its wetlands, estuaries, and terrestrial habitats.

Energy Down the Drain.  How to Harvest the Energy in Your Home's Drain Water.

This workshop describes drain water heat recovery (DHR) technology developed on a U.S. DOE grant that spawned a new industry in Canada to help meet the Kyoto Protocol Treaty to stop global warming.
